We are stuck with old equipment because it doesn’t fit in with our lifestyles, or our bodies, says fitness instructor and entrepreneur Paul Rieger.
“We’re stuck with a bunch of gadgets that we can’t afford to replace,” Riegers says.
“There’s no point buying new ones.
We’re stuck in the middle.”
We’ve had so much technology that people have gone on for decades,” he says.
The result is we’re stuck without enough exercise equipment to keep up with the demands of modern life, and in some cases we’re actually losing weight, according to the author of the bestselling fitness book, The Body You Want, which he co-authored with author and fitness instructor, Mark Hyman.
So how do you stay in shape?
Riegers suggests using a combination of exercise and nutrition, and the right supplements, along with proper nutrition.
He suggests taking a multivitamin that contains vitamins B6 and D3, which help with energy levels and weight loss.
If you have certain health conditions such as high blood pressure, diabetes, high cholesterol, high blood sugar or high cholesterol in the blood, you may want to consider taking beta-carotene supplements, as it has been shown to help lower blood pressure.”
You need to look at your diet and be smart about what you’re eating,” Riesger says.
Rieger recommends following the 3:2 diet, which is a balanced diet that includes meat, vegetables, fruits and nuts.
Riesger recommends sticking to your weight-loss plan, and if you have a medical condition that may affect your exercise regimen, he recommends taking a beta-blocker such as Crestor, which can be purchased from pharmacies.
When it comes to your workouts, Riesgers recommends a combination combination of push-ups, pull-ups and sit-ups.”
It’s not a fast workout, but it will give you the energy to stay in the gym.”
