The Fit Cap, a piece of technology worn on the side of the shoe, allows users to track how well they are wearing their shoes, according to a report in the Wall Street Journal.
The technology, first developed by the fitness industry’s most prominent player, Nike, was recently used by Apple to measure its employees fitness.
A Fit Cap is not only more convenient and more accurate than using your phone to measure your posture, it also allows users in a team to see how well their teammates are doing and what they need to improve.
The Fit Caps also help athletes in training gain strength and keep their joints in better shape, according the Journal.
But there are still many questions about the technology and whether it can be a positive addition to the daily life of anyone, according a report from Fit Cap’s creators, Dr. Christopher Tull and Dr. Andrew Kohn.
“Our hope is that by using wearable technology in this fashion, we can help people better understand their body and help them live healthier lives,” Tull told The Associated Press.
“But we know there’s more to being fit than just wearing shoes.”
Tull is a professor of psychology at Emory University, where he has been studying fitness trends.
He has studied how people adapt to new technologies, including wearable technology.
“We want people to understand that there are some important benefits of wearing a FitCap, such as better posture, and there are benefits to wearing a Nike FitCap,” Tiller said.
He and Kohn have been developing a wearable technology to monitor and measure how well people are doing at different activities.
The devices are powered by a smartphone’s GPS and Bluetooth, so they can be worn anywhere, with or without socks, for long periods of time, said Tiller, who is also a fitness researcher and a certified personal trainer.
“The data we collect will help us develop better fitness and health habits,” Tilt said.
“There’s a lot of promise in the technology that we’ve been developing and we’re excited to get people using it.”
A study from a British company found that wearing the Fit Cap can increase people’s energy and mental focus.
The company, SLEX, found that participants who wore the Fit Caps showed greater energy, improved their focus and improved their ability to focus when taking a task.
However, the researchers said the wearable technology could only be used for about five minutes a day, so it could only help people with more intense exercise.
In another study, researchers from the University of Pennsylvania found that people who wore Fit Caps experienced less pain, improved blood pressure and better muscle control when they were exercising.
The research was published in the journal Frontiers in Human Neuroscience.
In an interview with ABC News, Tiller described how the FitCap technology was designed.
“I thought it was going to be cool, and I really thought it would help people, and when it came down to the numbers, I was a little disappointed,” he said.
The device was initially designed for sports and running, but it has also been used to track athletes in sports such as weightlifting, he said, adding that it can also be used in weightlifting.
“When we started talking about the FitTech, we were looking at this as an exercise tracking device, and this is really how we are going to use it,” Tillers said.
Kohn, a professor in the Department of Psychology at Emary College, said that while there are certain limitations to using Fit Cap technology in the workplace, the technology could be a valuable tool for anyone.
“It’s really cool to see people getting healthier, getting better, and having more energy in their lives, and not having to put on a whole lot of extra weight,” he told The AP.
“This is the technology we need to be building a new generation of health professionals.”
